Lead Groundskeeper

*Lead Groundskeeper* *Available Shift: Full-Time* Primarily Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM - working 8 hours shifts Nights/Weekends – Required as needed on days where there is cleanup due to inclement weather (snow, ice, rain, etc.
) *Lead Groundskeeper* Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Lead Groundskeeper to support the Eagle Crest North facility.
Our groundskeepers support all of our locations in La Crosse, Onalaska, and Holmen as needed and provides support and direction to other grounds staff.
*What You’ll Do* * Provide daily direction to groundskeepers on necessary tasks to be completed * Frequently visit locations to ensure grounds meet ECC standards, especially for special events * Responsible for loading, securing, and transporting equipment and company vehicles * Monitor irrigation systems for repairs and adjustments * Monitor, repair, and treat exterior water features, and snow removal at facilities, as well as assisting on-site staff with post-storm cleanups when necessary * Additional duties can include assisting with mowing and trimming of lawn areas, leaf pickup in the fall, and spring cleanup *What You’ll Need* * Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain a safe driving record.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Previous experience working with lawn care, irrigation systems or general landscaping is preferred, but not required.
