Lead CNA 1st shift

We are looking for a Shift Leader for 1st shift to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts.
Shift Leader responsibilities include managing the floor with all elders and staff, resolving conflicts and updating management.
Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively.
You will also be working on the floor with staff to ensure cares, toileting, and charting is taken care of.

*Responsibilities* * Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts * Assign duties to staff * Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences * Train and coach new employees * Ensure all cares, charting and quality improvement for all staff, families, and elders are completed each day.
* Attend all weekly management meetings * Ensure health and safety standards are followed * Address customer and employee complaints * Resolve conflicts between workers * Foster and maintain a positive work environment *Skills* * Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role * Knowledge of the health and safety regulations * Commitment to excellent service * Working well within a team * Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast * Strong problem-solving aptitude * Ability to stand for long periods * High school diploma is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.
