```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Manager to join our team.
The individual applying to this position should be able to not only repair trailers, but also be able to interact with customers to resolve and troubleshoot issues.
The Warranty Manager will be responsible for a variety of things, some of which include: oversee all aspects of the warranty process (diagnosis, scheduling repairs, repairing and contacting various manufacturers to resolve product failures, labor reimbursements).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and mechanical skills with great record keeping.
```Duties:```
- Manage the entire warranty process from start to finish.
Receiving and reviewing warranty claims via phone and email.
Determining eligibility, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
-Trailer Repair.
Electric brakes, 12V low voltage wiring & diagnosis, exterior paneling, axle replacements, occasional light wood working, sheet metal repair, mig welding, tire replacements.
-Parts sales.
(profit sharing)
-Minor trailer shipment assembly
-Occasional grounds keeping.
Mowing, weed control, plowing during winter seasons
- Investigate and analyze warranty claims to identify trends or recurring issues
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
- Communicate with customers and manufactures regarding the status of warranty claims and provide updates on resolution timelines
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the warranty process
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to warranties
```Requirements:```
-Drivers License
-Ability to operate the following: fork lifts, skid steer, zero turn mowers
-No degree required, but preferred.
Preference will be given to those with experience as an automotive tech or trailer/ RV repair industry.
-Knowledge of low voltage wiring, electrical breaking systems and welding
-Ability to work and collaborate with other colleagues efficiently
-Computer skills.
Emailing, PDF/JPG Files, Google Drive, scanning
- Proven experience in warranty management or a similar role (willing to train within reason)
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional sales teams
- Proficient in using warranty management software or systems
