Roles & Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for Managers and employees on HR related issues
• Conducts recruitment efforts
• Employee Relations support for Managers
• Conducting monthly employee orientation, including introduction of company culture, introduction to benefits, and overview of organizational policies.
• Annual review of company policies, policy development and documentation of changes/updates
• Engaging employees in the company's safety and wellness initiatives, partnering with wellness/safety vendors, and coordinating events.
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Managing worker's compensation, ensuring safety issues are addressed, and completing OSHA reporting and audits
• Benefits administration, including involvement in annual enrollment, changes to the current plans, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Offer:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• 8-10 years-HR experience
• 2+ years of related experience in recruiting and employee relations.
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft office
• High degree of professionalism
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Ability to communicate with various levels of management
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
