As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team and ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks.

00/hr* *Responsibilities: * As an *Adult Family Home Team Lead*, you get to facilitate our adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with independence and dignity in the community.
With up to *four* roommates living in a home under a true roommate arrangement, the feeling is family-like, rather than institutional.
And, since you work with the same limited number of clients regularly, you get to know them very well.
You feel great about facilitating a full life for these individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that you have the privilege to work with! You do more than just assist with medications, meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, errands, and appointments.
You help them stay healthy in all areas by making sure that they are *mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished*, encouraging their *independence* as much as possible.
As an *Adult Family Home Team Lead*, you also act as a *trainer and mentor* for your teammates.
You assist with *case management* duties and share responsibility for the residents and their success with the Adult Family Home Supervisor.
As an *Adult Family Home Team Lead* you collaborate with care teams to ensure the health and safety of the residents, through effective communication, timely follow-through, and adhering to Aptiv and State of Wisconsin policies and regulations.
