Shape the Sprint Journey: Work closely with the team to define clear sprint goals and develop comprehensive sprint backlogs.

Deliver Value Consistently: Develop usable increments of functionality (deliverables) during each sprint.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible work in management, healthcare management preferable.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, work within a continuous improvement environment, and deliver high-quality code on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI 5 days per week.

Job Description: Takes ideas or concepts for projects and builds them into project definitions and scopes and evaluates how it supports or advances the strategic plans of organization.
Responsible for leading multiple projects within the scope, quality, time and cost parameters to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities: 1.
Takes leadership role on multiple projects ranging from single departments to multiple, integrated systems, services, and initiatives.
2.
Applies Gundersen Improvement System improvement methodologies involving the human and process side of implementing change across the health system.
3.
Works with Vice President, project sponsor or process owner(s) to develop cost effective project plans, deliverables, schedules, budgets, measures of success.
Considers any applicable regulations and codes.
4.
Monitors appropriate project milestone metrics and adjusting plans accordingly.
5.
Partners with Administrative Directors on projects to establish and monitor budgets, deliver change requests to appropriate persons for decisions, and is able to explain variances from budget.
6.
Identifies project stakeholders and the project team.
Clarifies team roles and responsibilities.
7.
Interprets, analyzes and converts data into useable information (identifies the data necessary to establish the baseline and measure the change).
8.
Conducts regular project reviews and reports the status of projects in both formal and informal settings to team members, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Is proactive in the identification and resolution of issues that may impact a project or project deliverables; and seeks innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
9.
Documents, obtains approval and tracks all changes in project parameters and schedules.
10.
Ensures satisfactory transfer of the project outcomes along with the appropriate documentation to the operational project owner.
Debrief with project team and document significant learnings.
11.
Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
12.
Required to receive a Lean Six Sigma Certification Education and Learning: REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in a related field Work Experience: REQUIRED 5-7 years of experience in progressively responsible work in management, prefer healthcare management.
DESIRED 8-10 years of Project Management experience combined with proven ability to manage a variety of projects with varying levels of complexity to completion.
Experience with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management).
License and Certifications: REQUIRED Lean Six Sigma Certification within two years of hire date or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within two years of hire date or Certificate in project management within two years of hire date Age Specific Population Served: Nonage Specific (N/A) OSHA Category: Category III - No employees in this job title have a reasonably anticipated risk of occupational exposure to blood and/or other potentially infectious materials.
Environmental Conditions: Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).
