Summary of Responsibilities: Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions LLC has an exciting opportunity in accounting.
We are looking for an accountant to join our growing and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and growing our accounting department.
You will perform day-to-day accounting tasks for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and support the operations team by providing accurate financial information to help maximize net operating incomes.

5 paid holidays Annual clothing allowance Performance bonus On-site fitness center Paid training and continuing education Life, STD, and LTD insurance Key Responsibilities Accounting Department Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to procedures.
Collaborate with site personnel to address day-to-day accounting tasks and provide guidance.
Complete additional tasks as directed by the Chief Financial Officer or Leadership team.
Financial Management: Efficiently process accounts payable and receivables, maintaining accurate records and timely payments/receipts.
Review annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial reports and property performance metrics, identifying trends.
Contribute to cash management, asset management, and proforma development initiatives.
Tenant Account Management: Manage, analyze, and audit tenant accounts to ensure accurate billing.
Prepare delinquency reports for property managers and facilitate issuance of notices to tenants.
Review residential and commercial leases, entering new leases, amendments, and conducting CAM reconciliations, lease expiration reports, and maintaining lease files.
Develop proficiency in the Yardi software platform and troubleshoot software issues as they arise.
Record Keeping and Compliance Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process real estate and sales tax payments, daily deposits, and insurance premiums accurately and on time.
Customer Service Assistance: Provide assistance with customer service duties during peak periods, ensuring prompt and courteous resolution of inquiries and issues.
Candidate Requirements Possess expert-level written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex deal structures and financial information.
Recognize the critical importance of confidentiality in the position.
Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and development, aligning with our team culture of continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy, real estate, economics, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Five-year proven record in the accounting and/or finance field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Office 365.
Excellent math, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
