Office Location: Onalaska, WI
Position Location: Onsite
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

Purpose & Summary: As an OEM Solutions Manager, you will ensure stakeholder compliance and customer satisfaction with our legislative and customer programs.
This includes navigating and managing compliance requirements, legislative compliance, OEM administration, and developing innovative solutions.
You will work closely with regulatory bodies, manage day-to-day operations, support sales, and oversee customer and state compliance to maintain the highest level of programming.
Your role is pivotal in shaping state laws, ensuring compliance, and building relationships with representatives to offer the best solutions to our current and future customer base.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of legislative compliance and OEM administration.
Developing and executing risk management practices and, strategy.
Supporting sales with compliance value propositions and market strategies.
Providing direction and assistance to internal sales and compliance teams.
Required Education & Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in project management, operations management, finance, human resources, safety, and/or compliance.
Associates degree in business, human resources, operations management, finance management, or environmental safety.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in regulatory compliance, operational analysis, risk mitigation/management, ERP utilization, and customer service best practices.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting budget and timeline goals.
Outstanding candidates will also have experience with IT/electronics industry knowledge, certification in R2/e-Stewards, and familiarity with legislative writing and auditing.
