Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Lead New Lisbon, WI – Merchandiser Facility Location: New Lisbon, WI Shift: 1st 5-:00 a.
m.
– 1:30 p.
m.
Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

” Position Summary: To perform and support the various duties associated with meeting production schedules and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities: Direct, coach and lead the work of employees and handle administrative functions Work with other leads to achieve schedule as required Assist in monitoring and evaluating all materials and quality processes Production responsibilities and helping on production floor as needed Perform Epicor (ERP system) duties and functions as needed Security of building Other areas of responsibility as needed Qualifications: Must understand and be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements Leadership experience and interpersonal abilities and skills required Must possess a cooperative attitude Must be self-motivated and work without supervision Must be able to understand and execute instructions Must have excellent interpersonal skills Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 environment Must have a good understanding of the production process in multiple areas Have willingness to learn standard processes of merchandiser units Ability to have a flexible work schedule and attend meetings as required Essential Functions: Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read blue prints Scheduling and managing jobs for production line and service orders Understand quality specs per department Prioritize output through CDU Learn and understand brazing and refrigeration process Ability to use repetitive motions Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently Ability to stand for long periods of time Benefits Package: Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Annual Company Contributions 3-Year Cliff Vesting Quarterly Bonus for meeting performance goals – doubles with perfect attendance Generous Paid Time Off (Starts at 3-Weeks in 1st Full Year) 11 Paid Holidays Health Insurance (Subsidized by Leer) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance (Paid by Leer) Long-Term Disability Insurance (Paid by Leer) Life Insurance (Paid by Leer) 401(K) Steel toe shoe allowance Leer gear and annual allowance for gear Ice cream on hot days; popsicles provided Frequent onsite lunches brought in If you like what you see here, it’s time to apply! __________________________________________________________________ About Leer Inc.
