Job Summary:
The General Manager of agriculture equipment is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of a thriving agriculture equipment dealership.
This position requires a strong background in agriculture equipment sales, operations, and customer service to ensure the growth and success of the business.
This position is located near Waukon, IA serving the following counties: Chickasaw, Fayette, Clayton, Allamakee, Winneshiek, Howard.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision and business plan for the dealership, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
Sales Management: Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets, managing sales processes, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Inventory and Procurement: Oversee inventory management, including procurement, pricing, and product availability to meet market demands.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service through product knowledge, problem resolution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and service professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Financial Management: Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and industry requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management, agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in agriculture equipment sales and dealership management.
