Grain Operations Lead

Pairs with Grain Operations Manager to learn all aspects of our grain operations division Acts as backup for Grain Operations Manager Operate all grain receiving equipment Operate dryer and related equipment Operate all transfer and loadout equipment Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment Monitor grain quality on a regular basis Understands feed milling systems Maintain cleanliness of grain and milling sites Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment Work a Monday through Friday schedule with extended hours/weekends as needed, especially in fall months
