Dairy Operations Supervisor

MUST HAVES: 2+ years of supervisory experience in the food or dairy industry.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Manage hourly processing and packaging employees.
* Work under the direction of the Plant Manager.
* Ensure the manufacturing of safe quality foods.
* Balance workload among employees.
* Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
* Provide performance feedback to employees.
* Hold employees accountable to company policies and standard operating procedures.
* Emphasize safety, quality, and productivity in achieving company goals.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
00 - $87,000.
