The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects within the organization.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from defining project scope and objectives to ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties, with other tasks assigned as needed:
• Monitor & coordinate assigned projects from customer order through delivery and installation.
• Collaborate with in-house groups including sales, engineering and operations to define project requirements and establish timelines for production, delivery of drawings and finished goods.
• Effectively communicate with customers, internally and externally, to define project requirements, system design, and timelines, fostering positive working relationships.
• Document customer requirements in accordance with established guidelines and assess the companies’ ability to meet them.
• Verify appropriate product selection to address application requirements as communicated by customer, following approved methods involving others as needed.
• Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring a positive relationship and continued satisfaction with the provided solution.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management, project management, or related discipline.
• A demonstrated history of achieving success in project management, showcasing a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Possession of recognized project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• In-depth understanding of the industry in which the projects will be executed, including knowledge of relevant technologies, processes, and best practices.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with the capacity to effectively convey intricate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with the capability for critical thinking and the aptitude to make informed decisions under challenging circumstances.
• Adaptability and flexibility to evolving project requirements and priorities, along with the capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software, coupled with a deep understanding of pertinent project management methodologies and frameworks.
