*Manufacturing Intelligence Analyst* *What Will You Do?* As a part of the CNC Programming department, a Manufacturing Intelligence Analyst will design and implement integrations between software platforms, programs, and applications to assist in automating processes.
You will also maintain reports and analytical tools for all areas of CNC Programming and related manufacturing departments as well as perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of programs, applications, reports and analytical solutions.
You will also resolve errors, provide support, and develop procedures to improve processes.
This position will be a functional part of the CNC Programming department which includes generating code to drive CNC manufacturing equipment as well as studying raw materials for optimum yield management based on current manufacturing forecast.
*What Do You Need?* * Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science or related field, required.
* Experience performing analytical integrations, manufacturing processes and coding preferred.
* Advanced skills, in MS Excel, including VBA, macros, queries, formulas and functions, preferred.
* Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, Perl, PowerShell, VBScript, WScript preferred.
* To ensure success as a Manufacturing Intelligence Analyst, you will need to have analytical and problem-solving abilities while mentoring co-workers during application development.
* Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or architecture issues.
* Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials.
* Application installation, application support, and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of CNC programming language, CAM software, G-Code, CAD, BOM helpful.
