*International Quality Homecare Corporation* is seeking an RN to provide Homecare Nursing Services to clients in LaCrosse, WI, and the surrounding area of LaCrescent, MN, and Winona, MN.
The per diem position is $35.
- $40 per visit, Travel time is $7.

*Responsibilities*
* Provides direct nursing care and treatments following the client's care plan
.
*Provides services in a timely and reliable manner.
Offers flexibility in working around client schedules where applicable.
*
* Demonstrates ability to assess client needs while educating clients and their families regarding pertinent health information.
* Functions as a patient advocate by prompting patients’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
* Follows all safety guidelines and universal precautions while performing nursing duties.
Reports all accidents appropriately and promptly.
Initiates appropriate preventive/rehabilitative procedures.
