($2160/Week) *Working Location:* New Lisbon, WI 53950 *Contract Duration*: 13 Weeks *Shift Timing:* Full Time PM (2:00pm - 10:00 pm) includes every other weekend.
*Fixed Hours:* 36 Guaranteed Hours *Overtime:* Yes Available after 40 hrs.
*Job Requirements:* LPN works under the supervision of DON.
Job functions include preparing, administering and recording medication administration, performing treatments, assessments and assisting with overall nursing care of the residents.
