*Job Title:* LPN - LTC *Required:* Active WI LPN License, AHA- BLS *Location: *New Lisbon, WI 53950 *Shift:* Eveng(2:00pm - 10:00 pm) includes every other weekend *Contract:* 13 Weeks *Pay Rate*: $57/hr.
on W2 *Job requirements:* * WI state LPN * AHA BLS * Covid copy *Job Duties:* * LPN works under the supervision of DON.
* Job functions include preparing, administering and recording medication administration, performing treatments, assessments and assisting with overall nursing care of the residents.
* Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
* Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
* Ensure that patients take their medication.
* Assist doctors and registered nurses.
* Liaise with patients' families.
