Full-Time: 80 hours per 2 week pay period
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays.
These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

Hire to Train Program: Certified Medication Aide - CMA
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants interested in completing their Certified Medication Aide certification.
We will work around your class schedules and pay for the class offered by Western Technical College.
Next Class Starts January 30th!
What You’ll Do
* Join Eagle Crest as a CNA working full-time hours
* Start CMA certification classes on January 30th
* Complete paid clinical rotation as Eagle Crest Communities: Riverside Transitional Care
* While working as a CNA you will perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care and a variety of other tasks.
* While working as a CMA you will administer medications to residents and document under the direction of the nurse, and assist CNAs as needed.
What You’ll Need
* Must be willing and able to pass medication aide training
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent, required
* Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant, active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry.
* Must have at least 2,000 hours experience in direct patient care within the last 3 years
* Experience working in long-term care, required
Our Wages
* Our starting rate is between $20.
00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
* Shift Differentials: PM: $1.
15, Weekend: $3.
00
* Call-in and pick-up incentives
* We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
