Eagle Crest Communities: Cass Street Assisted Living (La Crosse, WI): Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant Part-Time and Casual Call Opportunities Part-Time: 15+ hours per 2 week pay period Casual Call: Build your own schedule - required 3 shifts a month Available Shifts: These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off! * Tuesday/Thursday and Every Other Saturday and Sunday: 4:15 PM - 8:00 PM * Every Other Weekend; Friday - Sunday: 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM * Every Other Weekend; Friday and Saturday: 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the 48 residents in our Assisted Living residence at our Cass Street location.
What You’ll Do * Assist residents with medication management, personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible * Food services to include setting up dining space, meal delivery coordination and, receiving and delivering orders, kitchen cleanup and food preparation * Other responsibilities could include light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks What You’ll Need * Previous direct care experience, preferred * Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred * All 4 CBRF Certification, preferred * No experience necessary! We will train you! Our Wages * New Starting Wages! Between $16.
00 and $18.
00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
* We'll review your wages at 6 months - we pay more for high performance! * We also offer a $3.
