*LTC LPN - Mauston, WI* (2:00pm - 10:30pm) includes every weekend *Job Description:* LPN works under the supervision of DON.
Job functions include preparing, administering and recording medication administration, performing treatments, assessments and assisting with overall nursing care of the residents.
