*Week 1: *Tuesday: 6 am-6 pm, Friday 7p-7a, Saturday 7p-7a
*Week 2: *Sunday 7p-7a, Tuesday 6p-6a, Thursday 6a-7pm
*Days and shifts can be discussed in greater detail during the interview.

63 (rate varies if ventilator certified)
*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
· Ventilator and tracheotomy experience- A Plus, not a deal breaker
· Prepare and Administer Medications
· Wound Care
· Bowel Program
· PRN-In-line suctioning/Oxygen
· Catheter Care
· Repositioning
*Requirements:*
· Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
· Healthcare Background Check
· Must have own liability insurance.

Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
