Resident Care Assistant
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 72 hours per 2 week pay period
Part-Time: 24 hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call: Build your own schedule
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays.
These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
*Limited Full-Time AM Openings*
AM: 5:30am - 2:00pm, 6:00am-10:00am
PM: 2:30pm - 11:00pm.
3:30pm - 10:30pm or 4pm - 9pm
NOC: 10:45pm – 6:45am, 11:00pm-7:00am
Resident Care Assistant
Come join our team! There is an exciting opportunity for you to apply for at Eagle Crest North in Onalaska.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking Resident Care Assistants serving the residents of our retirement and life community.
In this role, you will primarily work with either the residents in our 18 memory care apartments or the 42 residents in our assisted living Facility.
Our building is also home to 70 residents in our independent living plus.
What You’ll Do
* Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
* Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
What You’ll Need
* Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required)
* Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), (preferred, not required)
* CBRF Certification, (preferred, not required)
Our Wages
* Our starting rate is between $17.
00 to $20.
00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
* We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
* PM Differential, NOC Differential, and Weekend Differentials apply; plus on-call and call-in pay
