1976 KingsCraft houseboat ALL aluminum hull and cabin.
Aluminum is lightweight, doesn't rust and is very srong in this thickness.
This boat was designed to be a cruising type boat with a nice V hull.
The engines are Ford V-8s, 225 HP each.
Engines will run.
The boat has been used as a floating cabin for the past several years.
The interior needs some updating, but usable as is.
The bathroom has a tub/shower good size vanity and toilet with a separate holding tank.
Galley has a newer propane stove/oven, an apartment size refrigerator that is electric only.
Water heater is 20 gallons and there is a whole house type water filter on board.
There is a on board water tank for fresh water and the option to hook up to water from the dock.
Newer sleeper sofa in the front salon.
Rear state room is a full bed with storage below.
The dinette seats 4 comfortably.
Nice Weber grill included.
Rooftop A/C unit needs recharging or replacement.
Carpet on inside and out needs replacement.
