2015 yamaha fs700s $175obo - $175 (Sparta)

I am selling my yamaha fs700s acoustic guitar.
It is in great shape, comes with a matching yamaha backpack style padded gigbag, a couple music books, picks, Levi's hemp guitar strap, set of new strings, and some picks.
It has some pick strumming scuffs looks like majority will come off with a good cleaning none of which are gouges or anything like that.
I found that I prefer playing electric guitar more and would like to see this go to a good home since it does no one any good sitting in my closet These are becoming harder to find, and still cost upwards of $250 without any acessories or gig bag in some places.
You can sometimes find them for 200 on reverb but then there's no accessories or gig bag and shipping isnt cheap.
I bought this combo from leithold music in La Crosse for $310.
