Loan Processor I

1st Community Credit Union is a mid sized credit union in Western Wisconsin serving 14 counties and three branches.
We currently are seeking an individual to work within our Lending department located in Sparta, WI.
The position we are hiring is a Loan Processor.
In this role you would perform a variety of administrative and support duties related to the processing of loans.
Some of the essential functions would be to file and maintain accurate loan records, assist our members and employees with questions regarding lending services, file lien's, UCC's, automatic transfers and prepare coupon books upon requests.
You will also work with our mortgage loans by preparing initial disclosure documentation, verifying payments of real estate taxes on our open mortgage loans and work with all of our Service Level Agreements to ensure accuracy for all aspects of the position.
We are looking for an individual that likes to work in an office environment with a great team.
This position does work closely with other departments within our organization, so you meet and converse with a lot of people on a daily basis.
The position does have the opportunity for growth within the department if you are willing to learn and grow.
The qualities we will look for in our selected candidate are great attention to detail, an individual who likes to work on a team, likes to engage and learn, can multi task and work under time constraints.
The majority of your work would be performed on a computer using different programs.
You will need to have knowledge of various office machines.
