We are looking for a part time maintenance tech (30-40 hours/week) to join our small, but efficient team for an upscale apartment complex located in downtown Winona, MN.
Responsibilities include: Tenant Work orders - service problems, repairs, appliances, doors, windows, cabinets, bathrooms, magic packs, fans, shades, scheduling appointments with tenants for repairs.
Apartment turnovers - routine and preventative maintenance, patching drywall, painting, deep cleaning, general cleaning
Must be self motivated, willing to learn and have the drive to work independently with little supervision.
Dependability and good attendance is a must.
Knowledge and use of maintenance equipment and supplies is a plus.
Indoor and outdoor facility work is required.
