Cleaner/Janitor

We are looking for a cleaner (30-40 hours/week) to join our small, but efficient team for an upscale apartment complex located in downtown Winona, MN.
Primary Responsibilities include: Cleaning lobbies and bathrooms on a regular basis, including package rooms and storage rooms.
Cleaning elevators and hallways/trash rooms.
Completing apartment turnovers - deep cleaning with shampooing carpet, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all areas, and window washing.
May perform other duties outside facility as well.
Must be self motivated, willing to learn and have the drive to work independently with little supervision.
Dependability and good attendance is a must.
