Summary of Role Three Sixty has an exciting opportunity for a new Real Estate Development Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and assessing project feasibility, conduct financial modeling, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
This position requires a strong understanding of real estate finance, financial modeling, proforma development, market analysis, and accounting processes.

Collaborate closely with the Development Director manage project progress, deadlines, and communications.
Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
Advocate for convictions with supporting context and information in a courageous manner.
Project Management and Coordination: Work closely with the development team to manage project details, communications, and schedules.
Act as a bridge between new project development and the operations team, ensuring seamless transitions.
Fully engage in and provide support with the entitlement process for new developments, meeting schedule deadlines, addressing submittal requirements, and managing critical title work and financials.
Respond professionally to external communications and support ongoing relationship cultivation initiated by leadership.
Financial Support: Develop, review, and enhance pro forma for real estate development projects, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
Candidate Requirements Possess expert-level written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex deal structures and financial information.
Recognize the critical importance of confidentiality in the position.
Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and development, aligning with our team culture of continuous learning.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Three-year proven record in accounting, finance, or real estate related field.
Experience with LIHTC, HTC, or NMTC would be a strong bonus to this position.
Proficient in financial modeling software, Microsoft Excel, and Office 365.
Strong understanding of real estate finance principles, market dynamics, and investment analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
