The Community Manager on-site position is for a property located in Rushford, MN.
This is the key person for excellent communication with our residents, our maintenance staff and keeps the wheels in motion for things like leasing, maintenance repairs to be completed and so forth.
This person will take applications, answer calls, provide excellent customer service for our residents, work with our vendors and corporate office.
Additional tasks: bank deposits, assist with turns for the townhomes, order supplies, schedule vendors, complete traffic report, take applications and complete all paperwork needed.
We would like this person to live on-site in one of the townhomes and receive pay via rent credit.
