Kwik Trip’s Information Technology Department is looking for a self-motivated IT Retail Services Project Coordinator 1.
Job Description:
Reporting to the ITRS Project Supervisor, the ITRS Project Coordinator 1 will work with the ITRS Project Coordination team and the ITRS Field Service Manager to support comprehensive store project schedules, timeframes, and resources.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to take the outlines of store projects and input / schedule them into the Service Now Field Service Module.
This individual will be tasked with identifying and working to de-conflict any issues with schedules to allow successful completion of projects.
Regular tasks include:
Create comprehensive Field Service schedules based on the Field Service Technician levels and the current priorities of the ITRS department.
Working with the Field Service Manager and Supervisor, coordinate hand-off of schedules so they can be assigned to the appropriate resources.
Work with the Field Service Supervisor or directly with the Field Service Technicians to adjust schedules as situation are always fluid out in the field.
Attend meetings with all areas of ITRS to understand IT Hardware & Software projects to meet the technology needs of our Retail stores.
Use their judgement and planning skills to adjust priorities, projects, events, and tasks to meet the constantly changing IT needs of our Retail sites.
Attend meetings with Kwik Trip Store Engineering and 3rd party vendors to understand the needs of a pro project, event, or tasks that require resources outside of ITRS to complete and help with scheduling.
Understand how to utilize the Field Service Module within the Service Now application to input, assign, and track Field Service Technician work orders.
Qualifications:
Educational background typically attained through an associate degree in Information Technology or other related equivalent training/experience (0-2 years)
Successful candidates should possess and demonstrate the following:
Skilled in oral communication and technical documentation
Skilled in problem solving
Strong scheduling skills
Ability to oversee a large number of projects to meet project deadlines and support Kwik Trip’s retail stores and profitability
Ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices to successfully manage field team schedules
Knowledge Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of reporting and analytics
Even Better if you have:
Knowledge of ServiceNow or other support software
Knowledge of database management or reporting systems
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
Weekend and non-business hours work may be required as needed.
