Front of Store Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.
This job is mainly JUST for busy floral holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
As well as some afternoons on non floral holidays.
This job does NOT have set hours every week, more of an as needed position.
If interested, floral design training could be added.
Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and suggestions to indecisive people - Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions through the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and merchandise displays - Handling all floral/plant pickup orders - Watering plants and flowers around the store - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Cash handling experience is preferred - Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
