The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a small leadership team, and taking on many roles and a variety of responsibilities to achieve store goals.
*What does the Merchandising Leader do? *
The Merchandising Leader will work closely with the Front End leader to maintain an organized back room, a full and organized sales floor, and to train the back end positions in the store.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self- motivated, adaptable, willing to think outside the box, and comfortable lifting back stock totes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Keeping the store clean, full, and organized is imperative to the overall success of the store .
The Merchandising Lead will maintain an accurate count of all back stock totes, communicate with District Lead and Front End Lead any inventory needs or concerns, and proactively work toward solutions with sales floor concerns.
The Merchandising lead will also train the team on processing inventory, including hanging items, bringing items to the sales floor, handling off season merchandising, and floor maintenance.
The Merchandising Lead and the Front End Lead will work closely as a team to maintain a smooth and efficient store.
