The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong leadership skills, flexible availability, and the desire to learn and grow with a high volume, family owned business.

As the Customer Experience Manager, you are the face of your store! Your will lead the store's buying, selling, and customer facing operations.
You are responsible for making every customer experience GREAT and building a team that represents our customer focused culture every day.
This role will include guest service, training, coaching, scheduling, and front end operations.
You are entrepreneurial-minded and see your store as your own and you take pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store and your team.
You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching, recruiting, and training.
You thrive at making the tough, strategic decisions that drive your business and you consistently strive for excellence.
Your store is always living and promoting Once Upon a Child's mission and standards.
This role will work closely in partnership with the Inventory Leader to run a successful operation.
