*Overview: * DigiCOPY, a high-volume digital printer, is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly-motivated candidate for the position of Customer Service Manager.
This full-time position reports directly to the Store Manager and is responsible for managing a small team of people while ensuring that day-to-day operations within the customer service department run smoothly.
This position requires an exceptionally responsible, detail-oriented, patient person who exhibits strong communication and leadership skills.
Prior printing experience is not required; however, we are looking for someone with past customer service or leadership experience.

* Help us support the Children's Miracle Network, join our Steppin' Out in Pink team, and get tickets the community events like the symphony and local theater productions! *Duties include, but are not limited to:* * Lead a small team of customer service representatives while exhibiting calm, confident, responsible leadership at all times.
Provide guidance and support to other team members and help to resolve problems as they arise.
* Attend sales meetings and often be the first point-of-contact for customers.
* Provide calm, friendly customer service to a variety of retail customers via phone, email, and in-person.
* Enter orders into order management software and coordinate details between in-store production team and the customer.
* Create/utilize various Excel reports to assist with quoting, billing, accounting, and other data-driven projects.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
*Ideal candidate qualities:* * Strong leadership skills.
Must be able to clearly communicate expectations to team members and offer guidance to ensure department runs smoothly.
* Ability to remain calm and polite under stressful or difficult circumstances.
* Enjoys creating meaningful relationships with customers through patience, problem-solving, and reliable service.
* The talent to impress both customers and co-workers with their diligence, positivity, knowledge, and productivity.
* The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Highly proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products, especially Outlook and Excel.
