Auto Technicians will:
* Maintain the Tire Lube Express (TLE) area by zoning the area, organizing merchandise/supplies, and ensuring a safe work environment.
* Provide assistance to customers in the TLE area by greeting customers, creating service orders per company policies and procedures, and staging customer vehicles.
* Provide Tire and Lube Express (TLE) products and services to customers, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
Services include tires, oil changes, filters, batteries, wipers, and light bulbs.
* Follow safety and security guidelines
* Report TLE complaints, safety hazards, and problems.
* Enter and locate information on computer.
This job involves frequent lifting as well as occasional heavy lifting, using a ladder and/or stairs frequently, reading small print, using a tablet, operating machinery, using hand and power tools, and operating a motor vehicle.
All training and certification provided.
Tools, uniform, and safety equipment provided.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
