Job Description
Join Our Summer Member Service Team in Onalaska! Are you looking for a rewarding summer job opportunity? Look no further! We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Member Service Team in Onalaska.
Bonus points if you're from the La Crosse area and seeking long-term employment beyond the summer.
Available Shifts: Start immediately or by early June!
Weekday afternoon shifts: 2 PM - 9 PM
Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 7 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities:
Perform excellent service to all members, staff, volunteers and guests
Address member and safety concerns as needed
Engage members/participants around the facility
Act as lead Member Services Representative in all situations
Requirements
Ability to address and make solid decisions in emergency situations
Excellent communication skills and willingness to build relationships
Maintain positive relationships with youth in the building and address concerns as needed
