There is the option to move in the week before on 3/25 as well as to stay a week longer until.
If you stay for either of the additional weeks, the additional cost will be pro-rated.
You'd be sharing the house with my partner, who has his own room.
The house is lovely, fully furnished, clean, centrally located in the Baker neighborhood, easy transit access, quiet, and perfect for an artist or writer or anyone who wants a change of scenery for a month.
We cannot accommodate additional pets at this time.
Caged pets are negotiable.
There is one friendly cat here.
Bathroom and bedroom is up one flight of stairs, not accessible for a chair user.
Easy street parking.
Backyard with lounge chairs.
Air filter in the living room.
Water filter on the shower.
Washer and dryer in house, dishwasher, too.
Organic mattress.
There is some basement storage available, although it is dusty.
IMPORTANT: We're a SCENT-FREE household.
This means we only use unscented cleaning and bath products, no perfumes or colognes, and no smokers please.
We have unscented laundry detergent and soaps on hand for you to use.
Weed is okay, as long as it is done outside, especially if vape or edibles.
It's really about the smell.
If you're a daily weed smoker, this will not be a good fit.
