$540 / 1br - Looking for a roommate in my 3-bedroom apartment (La Crosse)

I have an opening for a roommate in my 3-bedroom apartment.
Current roommate moving out.
Building is old and a bit creaky but the apartment is nice and reasonably priced.
You MUST be trustworthy and be able to pay rent each month! Available on Jan 10th.
I am on the bus line, you can catch a bus at the Arterial bar and restaurant a block and a half away.
Male, female, age, or sexual orientation doesn't matter.
I'm a musician and having someone who likes to jam is a plus but not necessary.
I keep to myself for the most part; I'm not looking for anything other than a roommate, although if we did become friends, that's cool.
No violence, racism, or drama please; screaming matches at 2 a.
m.
won't fly in this home.
Friendly people are welcome.
No pets allowed, not my rule but the landlord's.
$540/month plus we split utilities.
