We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Service Consultant to play a key role in sales and customer service.
Position Overview:
As an Insurance Service Consultant, you will be the face of our agency, engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and delivering top-notch customer service.
This role involves a combination of sales and service responsibilities, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
* Sales and Consultation:
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targets.
* Conduct thorough insurance consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
* Policy Management:
* Process new insurance policies, policy changes, and renewals.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and policy details in the agency management system.
* Customer Service:
* Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering timely and accurate information.
* Proactively follow up with clients to review their coverage and identify potential areas for improvement.
* Cross-Selling:
* Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize clients' coverage and enhance their insurance portfolios.
* Educate clients on additional products and services offered by American Family Insurance.
* Community Engagement:
* Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to promote the agency and build strong relationships within the community.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
* Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
* Property and Casualty (P&C) license required; Licensing costs will be reimbursed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
* Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
