FUNCTION: Patient Care Operations and Social Media Coordinator
INTRINSIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in creating consistent digital messaging promoting services, events, and brand awareness.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the patient care and communication and normal flow of clinic operations in consultation with the front desk manager.
ESSENTIAL REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verbal:
* Assist in tracking, measuring, and analyzing all initiatives to report on social media and other marketing campaigns ROI.
* Patient/client communication for appointments and commitments
* Patient dissatisfaction reports
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Comply with the Facility’s Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CPP) which includes but is not limited to: Business & Clinical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HIPAA, Human Resources and Code of Conduct as well as all facility policies and procedures and educational requirements associated the CCP
* Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations training and instruction requirements as well as any other standards that govern healthcare services provision.
* Manage social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage, and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active promoters of our company.
* Assist in creating interactive and applicable content to share on social media marketing and with community partners
* Assist in running regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.
g.
, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletters, etc.
).
* Manage, in consultation with the chief marketing manager, annual marketing strategy and budget
* Manage, in consultation with the Owner, the operations of Patient Care
* Understand, relate, implement, review/revise and enforce Clinical Operations and other operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and compliance mandates
* Oversee patient/client scheduling and questions
* Function as a resource for outside agents, payors & payor organizations & vendors, etc.
* Carry out all position applicable regulatory/compliance duties
* Efficiently manage clinician’s schedule for 100% patient capacity
* Create a welcoming environment for all customers
* Perform general reception, scheduling, insurance, clerical and other duties as necessary or requested
* Assist in maintaining clinic operations including inventory, cleaning, and patient volumes
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong written, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail—mathematical and data processing
* Advanced computer and software skills and proficiency
* Software/hardware updates and maintenance procedures
* Software programs: Billing & practice management system, Excel, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Jane, etc.
* System Management
* Data analysis
EDUCATION:
* High school or equivalent skills & aptitude; prefer business school graduate
EXPERIENCE:
* Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
* 1+ year Marketing experience preferred, but not required
PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY/EXPOSURE DETERMINATION
Consistent with Industry PDC’s or minimally:
* Sitting frequently for 1-2 hours uninterrupted
* Lifting occasionally light loads (5-10 pounds)
* Bending & reaching occasionally for office duties
* Walking occasionally to access other personnel
* Viewing monitor screen/using keyboard frequently >1 hour duration
* Has the potential for Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure from work duties
* Ability to work with patients or clients to carry out and demonstrate exercises or activities
