*About the Role:* As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you play a crucial role in sustaining and nurturing our client relationships.
You are entrusted with a portfolio of clients, serving as their dedicated guide for navigating insurance processes, exploring growth opportunities, and ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Achieve a minimum of 93% retention rate by delivering exceptional service, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and generating referrals.
* Conduct comprehensive account reviews, identify potential improvements, and educate clients on the full spectrum of services and benefits available to them.
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend new insurance solutions, thereby driving revenue growth within your book of business.
* Re-engage canceled clients by understanding their reasons for departure and offering tailored solutions to win back their business.
* Provide prompt, empathetic assistance for claims, billing inquiries, and policy adjustments, ensuring a seamless and supportive client experience.
* Employ meticulous documentation practices to maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and reduce E&O exposures.
