TheManager of Development for Major & Planned Giftsoversees a comprehensive and multi-faceted major and planned giving program for Gundersen Medical Foundation overseeing and directing a team of 3-5 major gift officers.
*What you will do:*
* Responsible for designing, coordinating, implementing and managing an effective major gift program ($10,000+)
* Works closely with the Director of Development as well as the executive director of operations, foundation board chairman, and chair of the development committee
* Maintain a personal portfolio of 100 donors and prospects and maintain and promote a personal, professional philosophy of community involvement by participation in professional and community activities

*What you will need:*
* Bachelors degree in a related field
* 3-4 years of fundraising development, experience in a professional capacity, preferably in a dynamic healthcare environment
* Certified Fundraising Executive Certification desired
* Ability to work on site daily in La Crosse, WI
