As our Major Gifts Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in:
* Identifying and qualifying potential major donors with the capacity and inclination to contribute $10,000 or more to Gundersen Medical Foundation (GMF) and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH).
* Cultivating lasting relationships with donors, fostering their understanding of our mission and impact.
* Crafting compelling solicitations that resonate with individual donor interests and philanthropic goals.
* Securing significant gifts that fuel vital healthcare initiatives and programs.
* Stewarding donors with gratitude, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their giving journey.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
* *Bachelors degree:* in a related specialized field in Major Gifts preferred
* *Experience:* 3-4 years of proven experience in fund development and major gift fundraising
* *Certification: *Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) desired
* *Relationship building:* Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with individuals on a deeper level and build trust.
* *Stewardship:* Passionate about exceeding donor expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
