We are looking for a talented Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to assist with all the internal operations of the Branch.
As a team member, you will help foster a positive environment, give sales/product support to outside sales & customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in all branch operations.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievements with a goal of success and the expansion of the business.
*Responsibilities*
· Assist all operational aspects including customer service, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and sales
· Open store (7am) and close store (4pm)
· Address Customer satisfaction issues promptly
· Quote & Order processing
· Attention to detail & accuracy is a MUST!
· Product Research & Sales Support
· Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
· Meet Goals and Metrics
· Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
· Share knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
· Adhere to the highest ethical standards.
· Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
· Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
· Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $80,000.
