*Position* *Overview*: As a Numismatist Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and develop expertise in numismatics.
This position welcomes individuals with a basic understanding of coins, currency, and precious metals, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide guidance.
*Responsibilities*: _Customer Engagement:_ * Welcome and assist customers with a positive and eager approach.
* Engage with customers to understand their numismatic interests and preferences.
* Provide advice on coin collecting, investment strategies, and market trends.
_Sales Support:_ * Assist in sales transactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Gain knowledge of the inventory, with a focus on rare and valuable coins.
* Educate customers on the historical significance and value of various coins and currency.
_Numismatic Research:_ * Stay informed about basic market trends, introductory numismatic publications, and industry developments.
* Participate in research on coins and currency to contribute to the shop's inventory.
I_nventory Assistance:_ * Support the team in maintaining an organized display of coins and related products.
* Learn about monitoring and managing inventory levels, providing input on restocks.
_Collaboration and Learning:_ * Work with the team to assist in promoting sales and special events.
* Absorb knowledge and contribute ideas for marketing strategies to attract a diverse customer base.
