Counter Sales

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their purchasing needs.

```Duties``` - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Process customer transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer - Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area - Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service at all times ```Experience``` - Previous experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technical sales is preferred - Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems - Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is a plus - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and have a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.
