Saint Mary's University of Minnesota is seeking a Faculty member in Marketing who is eager to contribute to its Lasallian Catholic mission of awakening, nurturing, and empowering learners to ethical lives of service and leadership.

The Business and Communication Department strives to bring this mission to life through getting to know our students as individuals, embedding service into our courses, and providing real-world experiences to develop students as future business and community leaders.
Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota invites candidates to apply for a 3-year fixed-term, annually renewable faculty position in Marketing and related Business disciplines, which will begin in August 2024.
The standard teaching load is 22-24 credit hours per contract year, primarily covering the disciplines of marketing, with potential to include other related business disciplines such as Management and Sport Management.
Classes may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: Principles of Marketing, Marketing Research, Professional Sales, Sport Marketing, Advertising and Promotions, Marketing Management, Digital and Social Media Analytics, Business Computer Applications, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and others based on strengths of the applicant.
The position operates within the undergraduate Business and Communication Department in Winona, MN.
The successful candidate will possess a doctorate or MBA in Marketing or business, and have significant academic and professional experience in marketing.
Candidates should possess knowledge and skills in learning strategies, instructional technology, and content delivery.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following credentials and experience:
Doctorate in a related discipline from an accredited university is preferred.
MBA, or other related business master’s degree is required.
Experience or credentials in digital and social media marketing preferred.
Strong record of accomplishment in college-level teaching in a full-time or adjunct role.
Five or more years of marketing or related business experience.
May consider other acceptable equivalent combinations of training and experience.
