We are a family owned and operated company since 1954 and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Relief Account Manager with our Soda Division.
The purpose of this role is to support the Soda Division by selling, occasionally delivering products or coolers, and merchandising accounts as needed while maintaining high levels of professionalism and service.

As a Relief Account Manager, no two days will be the same.

Essential Functions
To promote responsible consumption of Bill's Distributing, Ltd (BDL) products
Produce written objectives for every account, on each assigned route
Understand and perform the structured “Sales Process” in each account as required
Understand and adhere to company Sales and Merchandising Standards
Operate within all assigned sales budget parameters
Develop and maintain excellent rapport with all assigned accounts
Maintain adequate inventory levels in all assigned accounts
Communicate to customers any product price changes as needed
Complete and submit a daily sales report
Collect money from assigned accounts, in accordance with the state law and Bill's Distributing Ltd policy
Adhere to company standards regarding route book and vehicle maintenance
Sell-in and conduct on-premise promotions, as needed
Maintain and adhere to proper call frequency and established call times
Recommend and conduct cooler sets to ensure proper space-to-sales for all brands in each and every account
Maintain current and extensive product knowledge of all BDL products
Understand and adhere to all BDL policies and procedures regarding product quality
Monitor all competitive activity and report findings as needed
Deliver “hot shots” as required
Sell all products/packages, without personal bias
Perform other duties, as assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or business-related field preferred
2 or more years of sales experience preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Demonstrate high levels of professionalism
Demonstrate good judgment and problem solving skills
Strong analytical, organizational, planning and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of industry regulations
Proficient computer software skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Mobility
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Maintain appropriate dress and personal appearance standards
Physical Requirements
Ability to move or lift various case stock, up to 30 lbs continuously, up to 60 lbs rarely
Ability to frequently walk, stand; use hands to lift, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear; sit occasionally
Ability to use hands for phone or computer work; sit frequently or for extended periods
Working Conditions/Environment
Typical office environment while working on site
Work is frequently performed at customers’ locations, which may require working in a refrigerated cooler while stocking or auditing product
May be required to work extended hours

Salary starting at $50,000 with bonus and incentives available.
