*Project & Grant Manager*
The Winding Rivers Library System (WRLS) offers a new opportunity to work and serve in a library system impacting over 280,000 residents in western Wisconsin.
WRLS is seeking a full-time Project & Grant Manager.
This position reports to the WRLS Director and includes the following *responsibilities:*
* Project coordination for system-wide or large scale grant projects.
* Provide grant writing assistance and support to member libraries.
* Manage system grants.
* Promote grant opportunities to member libraries.
WRLS is a public library system located in West Salem, WI (just east of La Crosse) serving 34 public libraries in seven counties, covering over 5000 square miles, in communities ranging in size from 288 to 52,000 residents.
*This position requires:*
* Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years previous experience as a grant writer in a nonprofit or governmental setting; or an impressive mix of library and grant experience.
* Excellent communication skills
* A strong desire to serve a diverse array of libraries and staff.
* A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive long distances in various Wisconsin weather conditions.

* Full-time starting salary of $71,460.
* Two weeks of vacation earned during the first year, four weeks earned in following years; health, dental, life, and income continuation insurance; and Wisconsin retirement.

* A flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely up to 40%.
