This talented person will receive training as they prepare for promotion to a fully commissioned Sales Engineer in our Waukesha office.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in meeting our company sales and growth goals.
*Responsibilities* · Drive and promote the specification of Vyron’s product lines · Become the primary source for HVAC information to their customers · Help mechanical contractors lay out design build projects · Coordinate sales activities with Vyron’s Estimating Group and Inside Sales · Understand customer needs and requirements · Create quotations and submittals for the customer · Create order status reports · Develop new customers and increase sales to existing customer base · Assist with training and developing the Inside Sales Group · Stay current on any training required by our suppliers *Requirements* · BS degree in technical area – Mechanical Engineering preferred · Strong sales presence · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Strong listening skills · Willing to work on 100% commission pay (not immediately) · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively · Willing to work until the job is done · Self-motivated *About Vyron * Vyron has been helping building owners, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors create energy-efficient indoor environments since 1954.
